By ordering from De Facto Publications BV (“DFP”) you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The information you provide by ordering products is subject to our privacy statement.

Shipment costs

DFP asks you to pay the shipping costs. These costs depend on the point of destination of the shipment. The costs are indicated in the order form.

Prices and VAT

All prices are VAT-included. For orders outside the EU, local import duties and VAT apply. Please consult your local customs for import duties.

Payment

All payments must be made prior to shipment. Payments will be handled by PayPal through “secure” pages. All information is encrypted, always look for the lock icon which appears at the bottom of your web site browser.

Delivery time

Your order will be shipped during within 2 workdays after receipt of your payment confirmation. Shipment time may vary per shipment method and point of destination. If you did not receive your order within 30 days, please contact DFP at info@defactopublications.com.
